How do I manage Iris SMS notifications?

When you create your Iris account, you are opted in to receive SMS notifications. These messages help us keep you informed about important updates from the Iris Care Team, upcoming visit reminders, visit summaries, and more. They enable us to communicate with you more directly.

You have the flexibility to cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text “STOP” to the SMS message you receive.

If you previously unsubscribed from SMS notifications and wish to resubscribe, text "START" to 470-946-7244.

Please note that standard message and data rates may apply for both incoming and outgoing messages. Message frequency may vary. For any inquiries about your text plan or data plan, we recommend contacting your wireless provider. If you have additional questions, feel free to email us at
