Am I eligible to use Iris?

At this time, Iris is only available through participating health plans. You are eligible if your specific health plan has signed up with Iris and you meet the eligibility criteria they’ve established.

If you’ve been unable to log in to Iris, it could be because your health plan either doesn’t yet offer Iris, or hasn’t yet made you eligible based on their criteria. In the meantime, you can sign up on to be notified when Iris is available to you through your plan.
